I am interested quite frankly in getting the best I can get out of life. One of my favorite prayers is one found in the Quran chapter 2 verse 201."Rabbana atina fid dunya hasanatan wa fil akhirati hasanatan waqina atha banar" Our Lord grant us the best in this life and the best in the hereafter and save us from the punishment of the fire." Obvious wanting the best in this life is a good thing or Else the Allmighty would'nt have taught us how to pray for it. So therefore I want it all so that I can share it with others and earn the pleasure of my Lord and make the world a better place. How I plan to be involved in the Muslim community: My Vision

I want to help young native people be proud of their Islamic culture,and not think they we have to imitate Arabs or Asians or other cultures to be recognized as true Muslims. I want to encourage Muslims to respect the arts and sciences, and not to think that poverty equals piety.The Ummah used to be the richest and most technicalogically advanced, we had running water and water clocks when europe was in the dark ages.Most of the scienctific discoverys we have today where made by muslims,Arabic used to be the universal language of scientist and philosophers.When did we become a welfare nation? we need to regain our glory!
