It means you can be creative in your life that Allah "The Creator" has given you....You can create in this life by G-d's will. Allah(swt) is the CREATOR but we must produce on this earth the dynamics in which we are inspired to. The name is a token to help motivate you at best...Take responsibility for your life and surroundings.
