@ Sis. Hadiya,

The Muslim Convention occurs every year and usually around the Labor Day weekend. Next year it is scheduled to be in Chicag ,and was in Philadelphia a few years back. Based on the calendar, next year Ramadan will probubly begin around the first of August.

Comment by Murtaza on February 13, 2010 at 11:54pm: Yea, the group is inactive. We single guys literally talk about marriage every single day but we don't talk much about how to prepare for it. The masjid I attend has a lot of young east african youth and they prioritize learning the deen first as preparation but not much is said about other things.
