YRAC Staff Responsibilities

Creative Director
* Come up with new Ideas and implement objectives for the Staff.
*
Senior Software Engineer
* Develop the software and pages to maintain all of the needs the staff request.
*
Staff Administrator
* Make sure everyone is doing their job, and Find replacements if necessary. Make sure everyone is communicating. Provide tasks and projects to the engineers to make the communication and productivity smoother. Probably the most crucial position to make sure things run smoothly.

Journalist
* Write Articles at least 2 Weekly for news release. Find articles in other Periodicals to include in our release.
*
International Organizer
* Make sure that each country with a required amount of membership has ... i don't know.... A welcome wagon for the international members.? Maybe work to provide groups for international members. Or Providing Welcome faces for each ethnic group. Maybe.... translating . for instance I was talking to a sister that is looking for an apartment in New York. I speak English, she french. an International Organizer would have helped.

Operations Moderator
* Moderate to make sure their Halal for children, brothers, and sisters. Taking responsibility for the entire site.
*
Editor in Chief
o Proofread all articles for grammatical and spelling mistakes - possible new position
o Work with the Islamic Fatwa Consultant to make sure articles are Halal
o Devise ideas for new Articles
o Be able to manipulate ideas of other Staff into Article Topics
o Know the spirit of the Ummah to produce interesting articles
o Archive articles, and decide what articles are released when.
o Decide size of News release, and frequency
o Select Articles to be submitted for other Periodicals
o Work closely with Journalist to improve their skill. *Primary Goal*
o have Optimism and Open Mind to ideas of Articles
o Be involved in the site to know the buzz of what people who have not been to the site have missed. i.e great new Discussion, great new poetry, great new picture, great new product.
o Manage Classifieds, and Manage new Product Reviews for shopping Mall
o Use graphic Designer to present more aesthetic news.

* Assist the Senior Engineer in all projects.

PR Manager
* Oversee all PR positions, work closely with the Advertising Manager to increase Membership. the focus of this position is to increase membership.

PR Facebook Manager
* Manage Facebook friends, group, etc. Make sure to invite as friends all muslim names. And Invite to group All Muslim Names. Search through friends lists to find more muslims. Join Groups and invite all the muslims to friends and then to the group. For instance. Malikah has 20 muslim friends. then invite them to be the YRAC friend. if they approve invite them to the YRAC group. IM people and ask them to invite people to the group. Facilitate with the Engineers to Make a page on YRAC to tell people how to invite people to the YRAC GROUP on Facebook. IM people and use the script created to get them to join teh actual SITE.

* Manage Myspace Page, Friends, groups, etc.

PR Periodical Manager
* Communicate on a weekly basis to enter their articles here and our articles there. VERY CLOSELY TIED with Editor and Chief.

OM(Operations Manager) of Groups
* Moderate Group Discussions to make sure their Halal for children, brothers, and sisters.

* Moderate Discussions to make sure their Halal for children, brothers, and sisters. And that there is no bashing, backbiting, jealousy, etc.

* Moderate Photos and Videos to make sure their Halal for children, brothers, and sisters.

Youth Relations Consultant
* A youth representative to assist the YouthRelations Administrator. "YRAC YR YOUTH"
* Youth Relations Administrator
* Manage initiatives with Groups, tutoring, mentoring, events, dawah, and sadaqa, with youth around the world.

Events Administrator
* Keep Events updated, plan universal events, populate events list from other periodicals.
*
Music Staff Administrator
* Manage the Music Produced by the members of the site, with their own independent staff.
*
Marriage Consultant
* Closely tied with the Islamic Fatwa Consultant. This person is completely focused on completing the deen of the believers. Inshallah tied together with other sites, resources, and opportunities in order to best server the community.

Islamic Fatwa Consultant
* Ensure that all of our practices fall within the liberal practices of Islam. Liberal in order to make sure we welcome as many types of muslims as possible. Liberality should defeat internal conflicts. Conservation belongs within the groups and physical communities.
* Economics Administrator
* Manage the Trade of the Shopping Mall, devise ways to create more income for the site and staff. This Administrator must have two things in mind at all times. Staff income, and Sadaqa for the community. Furthermore they must be very determined to increasing trade by optimizing productivity form within and sales to outside of the community.
* Advertising Manager
o Come up with advertising Ideas
o devise new avenues to Express the opportunities of the site
o be grateful enough to find new opportunities within the tools of the site
o have ties to other organizations and groups to increase mass coverage
o Be able to take and manipulate ideas of other staff members.
o Work with the Economics Manager to increase Trade.
* Graphic Designer
* Design Graphics in gif and jpeg format as the director sees fit.
* Members
* The Members represent a staff member as well through using the suggestion box, commenting on features, and making complaints.

Content Supplier
* Preferably 3 people; This Person adds Blogs, pictures, videos, to keep the site moving and alive. This is not the responsibility of the Staff precisely because they have their jobs, they can contribute but are not obliged to. That's why these positions are created. These 3 people can work through 9 profiles.
In final note, I would like to remind all of us... We can only do our best until someone comes along who can serve the purpose better. Or there is no more need. Inshallah we all find success and happiness through this venture.
